Clean and modern 3 bedroom Caravan, sleeping up to 8 people. 
There is one large double bedroom with over bed units, side tables, triple wardrobe with draws, mirror and shelf. 
2 twin bedrooms with single beds , over head units and side table with a single wardrobe & mirrors.
Bathroom has a radiator with extractor fan and good-sized shower. 
Separate toilet with sink to wash hands.
There is a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge. 
The living room has a dinning table with corner sofa and 2 stools, a large corner sofa, gas fire, Smart TV with freeview. 
Airy spacious fitted kitchen with a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle , mop & bucket and a hoover. 
Duvets and pillows will be supplied. 
Bed linen is not supplied.
Please bring your own, towels and tea towels.
Outside there is a enclosed decking with gate- ideal for families with small children.
There is car parking space and grass area at the side of the caravan which can be used for BBQ's or lying in the sun. 


Caravan is situated on Edwards Leisure Park in Wales , Towyn.
On site you have a shop where all essential shopping items are available, laundrette and a children's play area. 
5 minute walk you have direct access to the beach , shops , cafés, arcades, takeaway shops, knightlys bar and knightlys fun fair.
